NAMI Moves

If you’d like to add some physical activity to your recovery, get out and make some friends, please join us for our weekly walking support group.
Stay for as long or as short a time as you’d like. Our group usually walks for about an hour. Look for us at the smaller parking lot in the front of the building, or just inside the front door when we’re walking inside.
If you’re up for it, we’ve also been including about 10 minutes of stretching and tai chi at the end of our walks.
